On August 22 ^nd, Professor Wang Tieliang, vice president of Shenyang Agricultural University met with a livestock and aquatic production academic exchange delegation of 32 members from Taiwan Yushan Association. Xie Haohuang, professor of animal science and livestock production from Pingtung University of Science and Technology headed the delegation.

Taiwan Yushan Cultural and Economic Exchange Association is a folk association and founded in 2008, it mainly has as its member university teachers from Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Kaohsiung Marine University and Penghu University of Science and Technology and personnel in aquatic production industry.
